My name is Seven Star and I am a Licensed Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and Certifed Whole Person Design Coach. I have additional extensive training in Transpersonal Psychology (”parts integration” therapy), Expressive Arts Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy. I provide a combination of coaching and therapy techniques to guide each client toward self-understanding and the creation of a life that honors the whole self. My formal training includes:

• Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy at the University of Colorado, Boulder
• General Psychology at Northeastern University in Boston, MA
• Transpersonal Psychology and Psychosynthesis Therapy at the Synthesis Institute in Amherst, MA
• Transpersonal Therapies, Parts Integration, and Hypnotherapy at the Institute for Therapeutic Learning in Seattle, WA
• Whole Person Design Coaching at the Baraka Leadership Institute in Portland, OR

I’ve worked in schools, homes, hospitals, rec associations, and other institutions while maintaining a private practice for over 10 years. I continue to attend workshops and classes to learn new, creative ways to express and synthesize all of our unique parts into an integrated whole, capable of being fully present and able to choose what’s best for us in each moment. I have come to understand that regardless of how we express, being able to express and get what we need from the world is something we all long for and do naturally when provided the opportunity. My practice serves people who want to live a fulfiling and meaningful life while maintaining health, loving relationships, and a sense of peace.
I am grateful to every client I have worked with for teaching me what our spirits are capable of. It continues to be a great honor to bear witness to their stories and to create a loving space for each to become who they know they can be.
