Make Your Own Cleansers!
“Green up” your spring cleaning! Make and decorate your own bottles ofhousehold cleansers. Save yourself money, harmful chemicals, and gobs of plastic containers. Make all natural bathroom spray, kitchen spray, disinfectant, hand cleanser, and glass cleaner to take home with you, and get a booklet of recipes for lots more! $22 includes all materials and instruction.
EcoArt is held on the third Thursday of every month from 7–10pm. Cost varies depending on materials. Email me with questions or to RSVP.
‘Art of Compassion’ Circles
Need more time to “unplug” and let yourself get creative? Do something compassionate for yourself! Come to an Art of Compassion creative journaling circle! Play with a variety of art media doing simple activities exploring a theme. Learn something new about yourself each time to appreciate and celebrate!
Fun and casual atmosphere, no art experience necessary. Just bring an unlined journal and get ready to express yourself!
